Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated a year ago

At ooomay, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and you may need to return an item. Please thoroughly review our return policy, prior to contacting us. 


We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number. 


Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to our warehouse. 


Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.


Please do not order multiple sizes for the purpose of returning the ones that didn't work out for your purposes. If you need help picking a size, we're always available at ooomayhelp@gmail.com. Each bag has it's listed dimensions on our website, for reference.


To start a return, you can contact us at ooomay[email protected]If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Due to a very high volume of orders, we are no longer accepting exchanges.
