Please thoroughly review our return policy, prior to contacting us.&#xA0; We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You&#x2019;ll also need to include your order number.&#xA0; Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to our warehouse.&#xA0; Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please do not order multiple sizes for the purpose of returning the ones that didn&apos;t work out for your purposes. If you need help picking a size, we&apos;re always available at&#xA0;ooomayhelp@gmail.com. Each bag has it&apos;s listed dimensions on our website, for reference. To start a return, you can contact us at&#xA0;ooomayhelp@gmail.com.&#xA0;If your return is accepted, we&#x2019;ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.&#xA0; Due to a very high volume of orders, we are no longer accepting exchanges.&#xA0;
